Cave of Saint-Cézaire-Sur-Siagne
The cave of Saint-Cézaire was discovered in 1890 by a farmer and you can visit it, but you should book it. The cave go down until 40m under the ground, so, you should take a pull, because the temperature is not too high. You can visit in English if you don't speak French.
The visit is a little short, 35-40 minutes, and you have an little explanation on the cave, how it's made, the kind of stones, the difference between stalagmite and stalactite, so, if you like the speleology, I suggest to visit it, you won't be dissapointed.

A little fact interesting, in french, cave means grotte, but, the cave of Saint-Cézaire, is not a grotte, but un Aven. Because a grotte, or a cave, it's an horizontal cavity and an Aven it's vertical :).
